Job Description

    We are searching for a skilled Ads Specialist with expertise in managing advertising campaigns on both Google and Meta platforms (including Facebook and Instagram). As an Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital advertising principles, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving results across multiple channels.Your responsibilities will include planning and running ads on Google and Meta platforms, searching for the best keywords and targeting specific groups of people to enhance ad effectiveness, writing compelling ads tailored to each platforms style, monitoring ad performance closely and utilizing data for optimization, utilizing smart strategies to reach the right audience at the right time for optimal results, conducting A/B testing of ad versions to identify top performers and implementing changes accordingly, collaborating with other teams such as design and content to ensure ad alignment with the overall marketing plan, staying updated on emerging trends and tools in advertising to maintain a competitive edge, and adhering to any rule changes for advertising on Google and Meta platforms.This is a full-time, permanent role with a day shift and morning shift schedule. The position requires the ability to commute or relocate to Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and a total of 2 years of work experience. The work location for this role is in-person in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.,
