Job Description

    You will be responsible for delivering basic theoretical classes in logistics to students enrolled in skill development programs. In addition, you will conduct hands-on practical sessions in the logistics training lab, ensuring interactive and effective learning. You will also assist senior faculty in organizing and facilitating group discussions and case study-based learning activities. Supporting the maintenance, calibration, and upkeep of logistics lab equipment and training tools will be part of your duties. Providing individual guidance and mentoring to students when necessary is also expected from you. Ensuring compliance with institutional standards and training partner guidelines for curriculum delivery and maintaining accurate records of student attendance, performance, and practical assessments are essential aspects of this role.To qualify for this position, you should have a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess at least 3 years of industry experience in logistics operations or functions and 2 years of teaching/training experience with a recognized skill development training partner. Proficiency in explaining logistics concepts and conducting practical training, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, are required.Preferred candidates for this role are male individuals with a passion for teaching and mentoring young professionals. Familiarity with industry-standard logistics tools and equipment is considered a plus.This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with a yearly bonus. The work location is in person.,
