Job Description

    As a PRT English Teacher at Crimson World School Agra, you will be responsible for delivering foundational English language instruction to primary grade students. Your role involves fostering language development, enhancing reading comprehension, and nurturing communication skills in a joyful learning environment that is aligned with the CBSE curriculum.Your key responsibilities will include teaching English to primary grades using interactive and age-appropriate methods, developing engaging lesson plans in accordance with CBSE guidelines, and focusing on phonics, vocabulary, grammar, reading, and basic writing skills. Moreover, you will be expected to cultivate a love for reading and language through stories, poems, and various activities while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere. Regular assessments to track student progress, effective communication with parents, and collaboration with peers for planning interdisciplinary activities will also be essential aspects of your role.To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelors degree in English or a related field, along with a mandatory B.Ed. Additionally, a minimum of 4 years of teaching experience at the primary level, preferably in a CBSE school, is required. Strong verbal and written English communication skills, creative teaching techniques suitable for young learners, patience, empathy, and the ability to manage young children, along with good classroom management and lesson planning skills are also desired qualities.This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts at the school premises in Agra.,
