You will be the primary point of contact for TASC clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new TASC clients through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking- Understand the financial needs of TASC clients and provide them with suitable banking solutions- Cross-sell other banking products and services to TASC clients to increase revenue- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing TASC clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with TASC clients to understand their changing needs and provide them with customized solutions- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and product to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services to TASC clients- Keep updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities- Achieve individual and team targets set by the bankQualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management in the banking or financial services industry- Knowledge of TASC segment and its banking requirements- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills- Ability to work independently and in a team- Proficient in MS Office and CRM softwareWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for career growth and development.
