Job Description

    You are a Territory Sales Executive at SARML Lighting Private Limited, a leading LED Light manufacturing company in India offering a wide range of high-quality LED products. Your main responsibility is to manage sales operations, build and maintain client relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, and devise strategies to achieve sales targets within your designated region. Collaborating with a diverse team, you will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field along with at least 3 years of successful sales experience. Demonstrated leadership skills, the ability to inspire a team, and exceptional communication and negotiation abilities are essential. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, as well as the capability to analyze sales data to spot trends and capitalize on opportunities, are required. Prior experience in the electronics sector would be advantageous.This is a full-time, permanent position based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, with a requirement to travel within the assigned territory extensively. The role offers benefits such as health insurance, Provident Fund, performance bonuses, yearly bonuses, and a day shift schedule. You must be willing to join the company immediately, without serving a notice period. Additionally, a minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience is necessary, and a willingness to travel 75% of the time is mandatory. You will be expected to work in-person, contributing to the success and growth of SARML Lighting Private Limited.,
