Job Description

As the leading bank in Asia, DBS Consumer Banking Group is dedicated to helping customers realize their dreams and ambitions by offering a wide range of financial products and services tailored to their needs at every life stage.Responsibilities:- Manage & control all operational functions of the branch with zero errors.- Ensure coordination with centralized operations teams to maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction.- Ensure timely receipt and submission of regulatory and other reports by the Branch.- Participate in process improvement exercises within branch/cluster.- Identify areas for productivity enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.- Initiate team meetings internally within Ops and with business teams, circulating minutes to all stakeholders regularly.- Fulfill any other job duties assigned by branch Head as needed.Requirements:- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in General Branch Banking Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.- Graduation degree in any discipline.
