As a Business Analyst in the eCommerce department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data related to online sales, customer behavior, and website performance. You will generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide recommendations for enhancements. Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize the online shopping experience and increase conversion rates. Market research and competitor analysis will also be part of your responsibilities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the eCommerce space.Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
