Job Description

With a full spectrum of financial products and services, including deposits, investments, insurance, mortgages, credit cards, and personal loans, you have the opportunity to assist customers at every life stage with tailored financial solutions.**Key Responsibilities**:- Acquire new NRI accounts from branch catchment areas, references from existing NRI clients, and leads shared by the central team.- Ensure quality sourcing of NRI accounts through various micro level activities within the branch catchment area.- Activate accounts opened, cross-sell FDs and remittances, increase SA balances, and cross-sell investments, insurance, mortgages, and credit cards.- Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generation.- Build robust relationships with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from various groups, including salary accounts and IBG teams.- Provide high-quality customer service to NRI customers and prioritize resolving their queries.**Qualifications Required**:- Graduate/post-graduate degree.- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in NRI sales.- Strong sales and networking skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as good listening skills.- Goal/target oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.- IRDA & AMFI certification is preferred and a must post joining.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Good network in the market.- Knowledge of NRI account opening procedures.- Banking knowledge.- Proficiency in computer skills and digital knowledge.You will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package along with the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognizes your achievements.
