Job Description

    You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial and accounting operations within the organization. Your role will require a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and commercial acumen. You will utilize your knowledge and skills to drive financial performance, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and contribute to the overall financial strategy of the organization.- Oversee and manage the general ledger and financial accounting operations within the organization.- Apply your knowledge of accounting principles to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.- Utilize your financial and commercial acumen to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve financial performance.- Use accounting software, specifically MS Excel and SAP, to maintain financial records, generate reports, and conduct financial analysis.- Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategy with overall business objectives.- Demonstrate a global mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to identify opportunities for financial growth and innovation.- Foster a culture of operational excellence and people excellence within the finance department.- Utilize problem-solving skills to address financial challenges and drive operational efficiency.- Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure the financial needs of internal and external stakeholders are met.- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve financial objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial and accounting roles.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.- Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP software.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
