As a Technical Team Leader (Laravel) at iFlair Web Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and driving the technical success of projects. Your expertise in Laravel and PHP frameworks will be crucial in designing and developing scalable web applications. Your key responsibilities will include:- Leading and managing a team of Laravel/PHP developers to deliver high-quality projects.- Designing and developing scalable web applications using the Laravel framework.- Architecting robust, secure, and scalable PHP-based applications.- Conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and enforcing best practices in development.- Collaborating with project managers, designers, and other teams to ensure smooth project delivery.- Managing project timelines, risks, and resource planning.- Troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues.- Staying up-to-date with Laravel and PHP trends, tools, and practices.- Ensuring documentation and technical specifications are maintained.- Making informed decisions in the best interest of project execution and working independently when needed.Qualifications required for this role include:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 4 to 7 years of experience in PHP and Laravel development.- Strong understanding of OOP principles, MVC architecture, and RESTful API development.- Proficiency in MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js or React).- Experience in using Git, Composer, and other development tools.- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.- Strong leadership and communication abilities.Preferred skills that would be advantageous for this role include:- Experience in mobile application development or working alongside mobile teams.- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.- Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or DigitalOcean.- Experience in handling client communication and technical presentations.
