As a Senior Software Engineer at Conga, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for developing cutting-edge Conga products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and translate business requirements into technical specifications. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to contribute to the architecture and support of the foundational platform components of Conga products. Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring team members, contributing to product development, and utilizing the best tools and technologies to efficiently solve complex problems. You will also be accountable for identifying root causes of intricate software issues and devising effective technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and translate business requirements into technical specifications.- Contribute to the architecture and support of the foundational platform components of Conga products.- Lead and mentor team members, contribute to product development, and employ the best tools and technologies to solve complex problems efficiently.- Identify root causes of intricate software issues and devise effective technical solutions.Qualifications Required:- At least 5 years of experience in developing AI models, writing code, and deploying models in production environments.- Previous experience with NLP, Generative AI, and deep learning models.- Exposure to tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment technologies like Azure/AWS/GCP.- Strong communication skills and the ability to design reusable components and APIs.- Hands-on experience with deployment tools like containers and Kubernetes within an Agile environment.- Proficiency in cloud architecture, design patterns, and AWS/Azure technologies.
