Job Description

    As a Procurement Executive in the IT Industry based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, your role will involve the following key responsibilities:- Negotiating favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, drafting and managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.- Aligning procurement activities with the companys overall business objectives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and services, and maintaining data of Contracts PO for timely reporting.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and ensure seamless execution of purchasing activities.- Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, documentation, and supplier information.- Reviewing Contracts terms and applying legality in the best interest of the organization.- Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures, managing the procurement budget, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, handling procurement issues and complaints, and identifying process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.Role Requirement:- Minimum 5 to 7 years of procurement experience with an IT Software company.- Strong skills in detailing, data orientation, data analysis, documentation management, future-driven mindset, resourcefulness, loyalty, integrity, legality in procurement, negotiation, fast learning, adaptability, and excellent communication.
