Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be a skilled PMO professional with 3 years of experience supporting project delivery, governance, and reporting. Your main responsibilities will include tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, reports, and dashboards, supporting resource planning, audits, and compliance, implementing PMO best practices and tools, supporting program and project governance, collaborating with project managers and leadership, and preparing reports for multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Track project progress, risks, and deliverables across teams- Maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards- Support resource planning, audits, and compliance- Assist in implementing PMO best practices and tools- Support program and project governance by performing project audits and reviews, and extracting lessons-learned- Collaborate with project managers and leadership for status updates- Prepare reports for multiple stakeholdersQualifications Required:- Minimum 3 years of experience in a PMO role- Proficiency in Zoho Projects or similar Project Management tools- Knowledge of PowerBI for creating reports and dashboards would be advantageous- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills- Ability to think and work independently- Strong analytical skills Role Overview:You will be a skilled PMO professional with 3 years of experience supporting project delivery, governance, and reporting.
