    Sales Manager - Home LoansLocation: AhmedabadIndustry: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)Maximum Offered CTC: 3.50 LPAExperience: 1-6 yearsAge Limit: Up to 34 yearsJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad, focusing on achieving sales targets for home loans and mortgage products. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in the BFSI sector and be skilled at identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
    1. Sales Target Achievement:
      • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and related mortgage products.
      • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive market expansion and revenue growth.
      • Generate qualified leads through various channels such as collaborations with real estate developers, agents, and referrals.
    2. Customer Acquisition:
      • Identify potential customers, assess their financial needs, and recommend appropriate home loan solutions.
      • Engage in client meetings, site visits, and networking events to build a strong customer base.
      • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups and prompt conversions.
    3. Relationship Management:
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and other industry professionals to drive lead generation.
      • Deliver exceptional service throughout the loan application process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
      • Address customer queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring smooth loan disbursement.
    4. Loan Processing Coordination:
      • Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, operations) to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.
      • Ensure that all customer documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards.
      • Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring quick resolution of any issues that may arise during the loan processing stage.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 1 year to 6 years of sales experience in the BFSI sector, preferably in home loans or mortgages.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Knowledge of home loan products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Age limit: Up to 34 years.
    • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the BFSI or mortgage sector.
