Job Description

    As a City Head Sales / Sales Manager at ShopSe, you will play a crucial role in owning the Profit and Loss (PNL) of the assigned region, driving sales growth across various product categories such as consumer durables, health, lifestyle furnishing, etc. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with merchants and brands to enhance EMI sales, meeting business targets, maintaining excellent partner relations, devising sales strategies, and ensuring sustainable business growth in the region.Key Responsibilities:- Sales growth: Own the PNL for the assigned region and ensure sales growth of EMIs across different product categories.- Merchant Activation & Retention: Ensure regular transactions on the ShopSe app by assigned merchants to enhance retention. Onboard new merchants and complete the activation process on time.- Partner/Merchant/Brand relationships: Maintain excellent partner relations through regular visits and updates.- Team management: Recruit, train, and retain a strong team in the region. Ensure team morale, attendance, visits, and targets are met.- Reporting & data analytics: Track, analyze, and derive business insights through team and merchant performance data. Forecast, plan, and execute sales roadmap for the region.Qualifications Required:- MBA/BE/B.Tech- 2 to 7 years of experience- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in the local language- Data analytics skills- Hunger for success and growth in Sales Function- Strong team management, planning, and strategy skillsAt ShopSe, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in the fintech & financial services industry, gaining exposure to multiple big brands in various domains/products in India.
