Senior Manager- Finance & Accounts (Internal Audit)

Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the internal audit function as a Senior Manager in the Finance & Accounts department at Intas Pharmaceuticals. Your role will involve the following:- Creation and execution of a risk-based audit plan, with reporting to Intas Leadership and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.- Management of a wide-ranging scope of audits focusing on areas such as revenue recognition, compliance, fraud, and operations.- Supervision of the team, fieldwork, work paper documentation, audit meetings, reporting, and follow-ups to ensure adherence to internal audit methodologies.- Utilization of data analytics and automation techniques to enhance risk coverage and deliver high-quality audit results.- Building strong professional relationships with auditees and team members to promote trust and collaboration.- Keeping abreast of company policies, accounting, and auditing developments.- Willingness to work with multinational auditees and accommodate different time zones.Desired Skills And Qualifications:- Chartered Accountant with 6 - 12 years of post-qualification experience in external or internal auditing. Preference for experience in Big 4 or a global organization.- Self-driven individual with strong motivation and experience in data analytics within the audit lifecycle.- Proficiency in financial, operational, compliance, and systems auditing techniques.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, report drafting, presentation abilities, and fluency in English.- Ability to think innovatively and challenge conventions.- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adjusting to different time zones.- Additional certifications like CIA or CFE are advantageous.- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.About Intas:Intas is a leading global pharmaceutical company committed to addressing unmet medical needs through its integrated pharmaceutical value chain.
