Job Description

    Role Overview:As a SME Lending Manager at Aditya Birla Finance Limited, your primary responsibility is to acquire and grow the lending book for the SME segment in the assigned geography. This involves identifying newer customer segments, strengthening existing customer relationships through continuous engagement, and ensuring customer retention on the lending platform. You will be a key player in funding short term, medium term, and long-term working capital needs of SMEs via a suite of customized products, while focusing on profitability and zero tolerance on delinquency. Your understanding of business finance, loan structuring methods, and credit administration will be crucial in building credibility with customers and gaining a competitive advantage in the market.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets by driving pipeline funnel to achieve book size and market share- Monitor local market trends and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for business expansion- Ensure minimal client attrition through strong client engagement activities- Engage with investment bankers, chartered accountants, and brokers to source new business regularly- Raise escalation on delinquent cases/potential NPAs and closely monitor these through the team for collection dues- Acquire new clients and increase the quantum of area business through cross-selling initiatives and innovative product mixes- Cultivate deeper customer bonding by ensuring faster TATs and using technology to improve operational efficiencies- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to process loan applications and ensure timely disbursement with proper documentation- Gather market intelligence on a regular basis and share it with the Area Sales Manager- Maintain the quality of the portfolio to minimize NPAs and ensure profitability through right pricing and processing fees- Implement process improvements to ensure process efficiencies and adhere to all pre and post sourcing processesQualification Required:- Post Graduate- Minimum Experience Level: 2 - 14 years(Note: Additional details of the company were not provided in the job description) Role Overview:As a SME Lending Manager at Aditya Birla Finance Limited, your primary responsibility is to acquire and grow the lending book for the SME segment in the assigned geography.
