Job Description

    You will be responsible for implementing the companys service standards and policies at the preowned vehicles outlet as the Territory Service Manager (2W) at TVS Motor Company. Your main focus will be on helping the dealers to grow their service business and improving customer satisfaction in the assigned territories.**Key Responsibilities:**- Improve the service business of the dealer.- Enhance service operational efficiency in the workshop to boost customer satisfaction and profitability.- Ensure availability of genuine parts supplied by TVSM recommended sources.- Improve PSF (Pre Sales Factor) through service process audits and take corrective actions to enhance service standards at the workshop.- Contact customers regularly through telephone or personal meetings to understand their expectations and take necessary countermeasures. Assist dealers in resolving customer complaints within 48 hours.- Enhance the capability level of the dealers service team by providing on-the-job training in product knowledge, service repair standards, special tools, customer handling skills, and customer satisfaction. Update the mechanics knowledge through competitor model training.- Focus on turnaround time and ensure trouble-free vehicles for preowned 2-wheeler customers.**Qualifications Required:**- Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE)- Industry Experience: 3 to 8 years in the automotive industryTVS Motor Company is a renowned two and three-wheeler manufacturer globally, committed to advancing mobility with a focus on sustainability.
