Accounting & Controllership Specialist

Job Description

As an Accounting & Controllership specialist at Carrier Global Corporation in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for executing general accounting processes and providing analysis for various financial aspects. Your role will involve developing and documenting accounting policies, procedures, control processes, and financials to ensure accurate financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct month-end closing and reporting using SAP and HFM- Monitor cash flow position and manage placement of surplus funds in fixed deposits- Prepare and approve balance sheet account reconciliations monthly in blackline- Support SOX compliances including GAP assessments, SOX narratives, risk assessments, testing, and reporting- Assist in statutory audit, internal audits, and coordination with stakeholders for preparation of annual statutory financials- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational and financial controls in the unitQualifications Required:- CA Inter with 5-6 years of relevant experience- Advanced knowledge acquired through a University degree along with practical experience- Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experienceAbout Carrier Global Corporation:Carrier Global Corporation is a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions committed to creating sustainable solutions for people and the planet.
