Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Representative at our company, your role will involve driving inside sales and business development activities to achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and converting leads through outbound calls, referrals, and digital channels. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers will be crucial. Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable agricultural products will also be part of your responsibilities. You will manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, conduct regular follow-ups, and ensure high customer engagement. Identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM are essential tasks. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries, will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, preparing sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts, achieving monthly sales targets, and contributing to overall business growth are expected from you.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Channel Sales.- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.- Good understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools.- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets.- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.- Experience in Agriculture, Agritech, Farm Equipment, FMCG, Industrial Products, or related industries will be preferred.- Must be fluent in Hindi and English and know at least one additional regional language (Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Punjabi, etc.).- Candidates based in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, or nearby locations will be preferred.
