Job Description

    As a Regional HR Business Partner, your role involves managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, conducting effective investigations, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.Your key responsibilities include:- Understanding the context of a job and ensuring seamless execution- Collaborating with Zonal HR BP colleagues to ensure consistency across all locations- Engaging and creating rapport with leaders to understand the business and advise stakeholders- Driving and measuring the impact of centrally driven HR initiatives nationwide- Leading the delivery of various HR products for different businesses through collaboration with leaders, CoEs, and internal stakeholders- Using HR Analytics to make informed decisions, influence leadership, and design dashboards for measuring HR effectiveness- Bringing innovation in thought and action to the HR BP practice- Communicating effectively to ensure HR BP is perceived as vibrant and increases influence- Practicing and driving collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders- Adopting an Always You First approach as a way of working- Researching HR and business practices globally to establish the right practices in the internal contextYour educational qualifications should include:- Graduation in Bachelors in Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management- Post-graduation in MBA or PGDMYou are expected to have 5 to 10 years of total work experience in a relevant field.
