Job Description

    You will be part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team at ReNew, reporting to the head of FP&A. Your main role will involve providing financial insights and assisting in the preparation of projections. Your tasks will include delivering reliable data and analysis for decision-making, creating accurate monthly financial reports, preparing insightful presentations, identifying action items, and supporting decision-making processes effectively.Responsibilities:- Identify and understand business challenges and propose solutions.- Dive deeply into financial data to provide additional insights.- Create presentations with insightful analysis, identifying required action items for decision-making.- Research and identify variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively seeking improvement opportunities.- Conduct financial and operating comparisons with competitors.- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams across all organizational levels.- Drive digitalization initiatives for routine reporting topics.- Engage in corporate projects and initiatives impacting the entire organization.- Support the Financial Planning and Analysis lead in tasks related to the Annual Operating plan, Board meetings, Audit committee, and public reporting (6k).Qualifications:- Qualified chartered accountant with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience.- General knowledge of financial and operational principles.- Experience in developing financial reports and conducting variance analysis.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with management at various levels.- Previous experience in consulting or a growth-oriented, fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities successfully.- Basic knowledge of working with SAP.This role requires 3 to 4 years of experience in the field.
