Job Description

    As an HRBP cum DGM at our leading American MNC, your role is crucial in driving the HR agenda and fostering a high-performance culture. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategy with organizational priorities, ensuring seamless HR execution, and driving overall organizational effectiveness.**Key Responsibilities:**- Partner with business leaders to design and implement the people agenda aligned with organizational goals.- Provide data-driven insights for workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and succession management.- Act as a change champion, supporting business transformation initiatives and cultural integration.- Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and career development for leadership and critical roles.- Drive leadership development, capability-building, and high-potential programs.- Design initiatives to strengthen engagement, morale, and retention.- Partner with leaders to embed organizational values, diversity, equity, and inclusion.- Oversee performance management goal setting, reviews, calibration, and feedback.- Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant resolution of workplace issues.- Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, workforce management, and HRIS utilization.- Manage and mentor HR team members, fostering collaboration and performance orientation.- Build strong relationships with business leaders for effective decision-making.**Qualification Required:**- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.- Experience: 15 years of progressive HR experience, including 8 years in a strategic HRBP role.- Skills & Competencies: Strong business acumen, talent management expertise, stakeholder management skills, analytical mindset, exceptional communication, and leadership skills.The company offers a strategic leadership role with direct visibility to senior management, an opportunity to drive end-to-end HR strategy and transformation, a dynamic and collaborative work environment, and a competitive compensation and benefits package.
