Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be leading a team of Assistant Audit Project Managers and KGS TD staff as an Assistant Manager in the Transformation Delivery department supporting audit engagement teams. Your role will involve coordinating and providing project management methodology support to ensure smooth execution and monitoring of engagements.Key Responsibilities:- Leading a team of Assistant Audit Project Managers and KGS TD staff- Supporting audit engagement teams through coordination of core project management methodology including: - Engagement Planning - PBM Tracking - Review Note Tracking - KCw Tracking - Engagement Finances - Team Organisation - YE Debrief and Continuous Improvement - Managing to Plan- Applying your knowledge and understanding of audit engagement teams to ensure planning requirements and deadlines are met- Stakeholder relationship management- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders- Coordinating and supervising assigned KPMG PMO resources- Delivering PM training to auditors- Contributing to the improvement of internal project management products, services, and processesQualification Required:- Post graduate degree from a reputed institute- PMP, CAPM, Prince 2 Certification will be an added advantageNote: This role requires 7 to 9 years of work experience in project management in a leading professional services firm or existing PMO captive. It is a mid-level position.
