Associate/ Manager, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), APAC

Job Description

As a supply chain planning leader at Stryker in the Asia Pacific region, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of supply chain planning across the region. Your primary responsibility will be to lead integrated business planning for assigned franchises, ensuring alignment between demand and supply to enhance customer service and optimize costs. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to influence decisions that drive business performance in the region.Key Responsibilities:- Drive the APAC Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, overseeing demand and supply planning in alignment with business strategy and product lifecycle management.- Lead regional IBP forums such as APAC Franchise Planning Reviews (AFPR) and govern planning processes to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) like demand accuracy, NRP accuracy, and backorder rates.- Analyze APAC demand and supply data, generating monthly reports on major product lines, growth trends, and supply constraints.- Develop allocation plans for globally constrained products and enhance visibility of the supply outlook.- Coordinate new product launches, last-time buys, and business continuity plans to ensure supply reliability.- Identify and communicate business risks to stakeholders, escalating issues to management when necessary.- Collaborate with global and regional teams to influence allocation decisions and support strategic initiatives.- Assist in improving inventory health and standardizing processes across APAC and global programs.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain or planning management.- Demonstrated experience in leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or IBP forums.- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis; familiarity with planning tools such as Oracle Demantra, SAP APO, or JDE/Oracle ERP.- Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional Asian language is a plus.In addition to the above qualifications, the role prefers candidates with:- MBA or Masters in Supply Chain Management.- APICS certification.- Experience in Life Sciences or MedTech industries.- International exposure working with global plants, suppliers, or sales divisions.Please note that this role is open to any Stryker location in Asia Pacific. Travel may be required up to 30% of the time.
