Associate SME - Mobility

Job Description

As a Mobility Subject Matter Expert, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to an organizations mobility infrastructure (MDM/MAM) to help them achieve their business objectives while on the move. This involves performing regular BAU activities on SAAS/ On-premises mobility infrastructures such as VMware Workspace one UEM (AirWatch) or equivalent platforms. Additionally, you will be involved in periodic maintenance, installing patches, and providing support to L1/L2 teams. Your role may also extend to application support, including custom application packaging and publishing.Key Responsibilities:- Manage, proactively monitor, administer, upgrade, troubleshoot, and provide L1/L2 support for mobility infrastructure.- Possess knowledge of Mobile Operating Systems (iOS, Android), seamless onboarding technologies (DEP/ZeroTouch), Android for Work/Work Profile, iOS Device Management (Legacy, Supervised, and User Enrolment).- Create, manage, and modify iOS, Android, and Windows application signing, provisioning, and deployment.Qualifications Required:- Complete hands-on experience in implementing and managing On-premises/cloud mobility MDM and MAM solutions; AirWatch or equivalent platforms.- Administration of Windows 10 and MAC devices through AirWatch, JAMF Pro.- In-depth understanding of iOS and Android platforms and applications.- Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE architecture, VMWare Identity Manager, AirWatch Cloud Connector, integrating and configuring Directory Services, VMware Identity Manager Console Overview, configuring access policies, and integrating AirWatch with VMware Identity Manager.- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test mobile applications.- Provide technical solutions and solve complex business problems with minimal downtime.- Deploy and troubleshoot application packaging and publishing on Mobile devices / Window and Mac.- Familiarity with mobile application management fundamentals, AppConfig community, and Unified catalog.- Experience in publishing apps through AirWatch and SCCM.Location:India - GurugramAdditional Details:- Certification in Technology | IT Certifications | Microsoft Certification | Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100 and MD 1) is preferred.Please note that this job requires a Bachelors degree and at least 3 years of experience in the mentioned areas.
