As part of the team, your primary responsibilities will include:- Writing and reviewing high-quality code to meet project requirements- Understanding and analyzing clients needs thoroughly- Designing solutions for functional and non-functional requirements- Implementing design methodologies and tool sets- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for application development- Leading/supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts- Estimating effort for tasks and justifying the estimates- Resolving complex bugs and providing troubleshooting assistance- Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate designs and technologiesIn order to excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:- Total experience of 5 years in software development- Extensive knowledge of Java 8 or higher, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices Architecture- Proficiency in Github Copilot Prompt based coding- Hands-on experience with RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL- Strong backend development skills with technologies such as Node.js, Fastify, Express, Java, Micronaut, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and PostgreSQL- Expertise in writing high-quality code following object-oriented design principles- Familiarity with SOA based architecture and Web Services- Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, Zookeeper, REST APIs- Knowledge of CI/CD capabilities using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Google Cloud Platform- Understanding of UML and design patterns- Experience in POCs or personal projects using AI-assisted coding- Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teamsIf you possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and have the requisite experience and skills, then you are the perfect fit for this role at Nagarro.
