    Role Overview:You will be joining ADTCore, a dynamic technology startup based in India, as a Data Scientist. In this full-time hybrid role located in Hyderabad, with flexible work-from-home options, you will be responsible for designing and validating analytical models for reliability, time-series health monitoring, and prescriptive decision support. Your focus will be on transforming operational and engineering data into explainable insights to support maintenance planning, fault detection, and operational decision-making. Collaboration with domain experts, software engineers, and product leadership will be essential to ensure the scientific robustness, operational relevance, and production readiness of analytical outputs.Key Responsibilities:- Design and validate analytical models for reliability, time-series health monitoring, and prescriptive decision support- Transform operational and engineering data into explainable insights for maintenance planning, fault detection, and operational decision-making- Collaborate with domain experts, software engineers, and product leadership to ensure scientific robustness, operational relevance, and production readiness of analytical outputsQualifications Required:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Aeronautical Engineering, or related fields- 36 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling- Strong experience with Python and data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)- Experience working with time-series datasets- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, probability theory, and model evaluation techniques- Experience with data visualization and exploratory analysisAdditional Details:ADTCore is committed to leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.
