Job Description

    As an Assistant Vice President in the IRRBB Reporting team at HSBC, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in managing consolidation and reporting for various stress testing cycles, as well as maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to drive efficiencies in the process. Your responsibilities will include:- Managing consolidation and reporting for stress testing cycles such as TZero, Projections, and PRA Returns for the HSBC group.- Reviewing and challenging Group P&L, including adjustments in TM1 related to stress cycles.- Submitting Balance Sheet schedules like SOCIE, PLOCI, Assets by Currency, and NTMR Walk.- Preparing and finalizing Finance Reports, R&C Packs, and Qlik Sense Dashboards for regulatory and internal stress test exercises.- Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to address stress test exercise related issues and queries.- Conducting review and challenge for all related inputs and ensuring adherence to controls in the process.- Working on MI simplification, automation, and other key management objectives to drive efficiencies independently.- Understanding business requirements for ad-hoc analysis and ensuring timely delivery with the highest quality.Qualifications required for this role:- Bachelors degree in finance or equivalent experience with 9 years of experience.- Knowledge of Management Reporting, PRA Stress Test, and other regulatory reporting requirements.- Understanding of HSBC Reporting & MI systems.- Expertise in TM1, Saracen, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel.- Additional skills in CART, QlikView, Qlik Sense would be an advantage.- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a commercial judgment.Good to have additional skills:- Experience in Banking / Financial services organization.- Strong understanding of TM1/Saracen application and Groups reporting chart of accounts.- Advance knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.At HSBC, we are committed to providing a workplace that fosters continuous professional development, flexibility, and opportunities for growth within an inclusive and diverse environment.
