Job Description

    As a Supervisor of Credit and AML/ATF Analysts, your role involves managing and leading a team of Credit Analysts and AML/ATF Analysts. You will provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development among team members. Conducting regular team meetings will be essential to review performance, address issues, and communicate updates effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of Credit Analysts and AML/ATF Analysts- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address issues, and communicate updates- Oversee the review of new applications for fraud and credit risk- Conduct real-time analysis of conversations with applicants to assess potential fraud risk- Administer and control credit terms and limits- Communicate directly with applicants, adhering to brand standards- Maintain/exceed established standards and targets to mitigate risk- Investigate accounts and internet sources to determine cardholder eligibility- Analyze data efficiently to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulations- Collaborate with other departments to address and mitigate identified risksQualifications and Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and AML operations or related fields- Previous supervisory experience in the financial sector is an asset- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an asset- Strong communication skills with an excellent command of English (French is an asset)- Demonstrated analytical and judgment skills required- Strong organizational and time management skills- Knowledge of PCs and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as requiredThis role offers opportunities for professional growth and development within the Credit Card Operations department. Please note that this position requires rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
