Job Description

    As the Director of Front Line Marketing for North West India located in Gurgaon, your role is crucial in driving the marketing agenda for four regions including Punjab Haryana, Delhi NCR, West Region (MHG and GRM), and UPUK. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and increase consumer demand in these markets by collaborating with INSWA central marketing teams. Your efforts should focus on achieving business impact, with key performance indicators related to volume and share growth.Your tasks will involve gaining consumer insights through data analysis, market visits, direct interaction with consumers, and stakeholder engagements. It is essential to have a comprehensive understanding of business performance and the factors influencing it. Collaborating closely with brand teams, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing marketing campaigns to meet brand and business objectives. Your role includes providing input on existing portfolios, brand plans, and exploring new opportunities.You will need to manage portfolio conflicts, prioritize effectively, and optimize marketing inputs to maximize impact and minimize wastage. Ensuring alignment with local bottlers on marketing priorities and strategies is crucial, along with overseeing the localization and amplification of IMX campaigns within the region. Staying updated on market trends and adjusting marketing plans accordingly is key to adapting to changing dynamics.Leading a team of 5 region FLMs, your role involves providing guidance, support, and fostering their growth and performance. You are responsible for team culture, engagement metrics, and ensuring well-executed integrated marketing activities.
