Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Treasury and Risk Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical. Your main responsibility will be to help determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. Specifically, you will be involved in trade capture in middle office systems, allocation, transaction reporting, and lifecycle management for derivative products.Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate an end-to-end understanding of hedging related activities performed for assigned clients- Lead monthly book closure discussions with clients and resolve open issues- Assist in the preparation and review of hedge accounting entries, including derivatives and hedging instruments- Monitor hedge effectiveness testing and document results in accordance with relevant accounting standards- Reconcile hedge-related accounts and ensure accurate recording of gains, losses, and fair value adjustments- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes related to hedge accounting- Maintain detailed documentation of hedge relationships, risk management strategies, and effectiveness assessments- Possess good communication and stakeholder management skills- Demonstrate team handling skills- Support SOX audits and governance reporting requirements- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)- Ability to drive transformation, process improvements, and automation initiatives- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 9, US GAAP) and regulatory requirements- Collaborate with the treasury, risk management, and audit teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting requirements- Utilize Derivatives Middle office SAP/Oracle Experience- Experience working in a BPO environment or outsourcing setting- Perform Accounting Reconciliation, Accounting Journal Entries, and Process Improvements- Demonstrate commitment to quality, detail orientation, ability to meet deadlines, problem-solving skills, and strong analytical skillsQualifications Required:- Chartered Accountant- Cost And Works Accountant- Master of Business Administration(Note: The additional details about Accenture mentioned in the job description have been omitted as per the instructions.)
