As a Business Operations Manager at Hamari Asha, a home dcor brand dedicated to empowering rural women, your role will involve overseeing and optimizing the overall business operations. You will be responsible for managing operations across various product categories such as bags & pouches, jute products, candles, table linen, and terracotta diya products. To excel in this role, you should be highly organized, adept at multitasking, and have experience in operations within the home dcor, retail, or lifestyle industry.**Responsibilities:**- Manage the daily functions of the initiative- Coordinate product development, purchases, production, distribution, and sales- Create production and sales plans category wise- Ensure stock of finished goods for all categories- Manage sales on various e-commerce platforms and coordinate customer orders and deliveries- Plan and participate in various exhibitions to boost sales- Create and update reports following industry standards- Execute effective and transparent communication internally and externally- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and compliance rules**Desired Skills:**- Operations, Merchandising, Purchase & Inventory Management- Commercial Acumen, Costing & Pricing- Knowledge of Craft, Textile, and Home Furnishing Categories- Adherence to health, safety, environment, and business ethics**Qualifications:**- Graduate (an MBA is desirable)- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in Retail, Apparel, Fashion, or Home Furnishing industry- Strong communication and presentation skills- Excellent multitasking abilitiesJoin the Hamari Asha family and contribute towards empowering rural women while making a meaningful difference in their lives.
