Chief Manager - IT Project (Platform Manager)

Job Description

As the Chief Manager - IT Project (Platform Manager) at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, your role involves driving the successful delivery and ongoing management of key technology initiatives and enterprise platforms. You will combine project management excellence with platform ownership to ensure that digital solutions are implemented effectively, maintained efficiently, and continuously enhanced to meet evolving business needs.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.- Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders including business users, developers, testers, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage dependencies, resources, and deliverables.- Monitor project performance through appropriate tools and metrics, proactively addressing risks, issues, and deviations from plan.- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost using established governance and change-control processes.- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project and operational risks.- Prepare and present regular project status reports and escalate critical issues to senior management when required.- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, business partners, and third-party vendors to ensure successful collaboration.- Oversee documentation of project requirements, technical specifications, and post-implementation reviews.- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize delivery processes, governance, and platform performance.- Define the roadmap for the platform.**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and delivery.About the Company:Serentica Renewables India Private Limited (Serentica) is an end-to-end energy solutions company focused on industrial decarbonization solutions by providing renewable energy solutions to the Commercial & Industrial segment.
