Job Description

    As a Controls Sales/ Distribution- ALC at Carrier Global Corporation, your role will involve achieving product orders and sales objectives for the designated region or territory. You will be responsible for driving product sales with channel partners, executing effective sales strategies, providing sales assistance and business support to channel partners, and performing various administrative management and product marketing duties.Key Responsibilities:- Aggressively seek and pursue new sales opportunities for channel partners- Develop specialized sales strategies to secure business with target customers and unique market segments- Provide sales and marketing assistance for individual accounts, including advertising development, competitive analysis, and sales presentation assistance- Devise and execute plans to increase product orders and revenues in the territory- Accurately plan and forecast order bookings for the territory- Report all business expenses for the region accurately and timelyQualifications Required:- 8 years working experience in Building Automation & Controls industry- 5 years working experience selling and marketing Building Automation & Controls solutions- 5 years working experience managing and servicing product distributor accounts- Fluency in English, both written and verbal- Knowledge of automation and control systems, HVAC, lighting, and general building systems- Proven sales communication and design skills within engineering documentation systemsIn addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you must have knowledge of automation and control systems, HVAC, lighting, and general building systems in terms of design and maintainability. You should possess proven sales communication and design skills within engineering documentation systems and have the ability to work within a fast-moving engineering design team. It is essential to have a good reference list of contacts within the industry and across the territory to immediately start marketing our product brands.The position requires extensive travel within the territory and periodic travel to other international destinations, typically the USA.
