As a Custom Software Engineering Team Lead/Consultant specializing in ServiceNow IT Operations Management at Accenture, your role involves architecting, designing, and implementing scalable, secure, upgrade-safe ServiceNow WSD solutions. You will lead modern workplace experiences with strict CSDM alignment and platform best practices.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Solution Architecture:** Design and extend WSD applications such as Space, Reservations, Workplace Case, Visitor, and Concierge using tools like App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Now Experience, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.- **CSDM & Data Integrity:** Model workplace data according to CSDM 4.0/5.0 standards, enforce data governance, and integrate with Service Graph.- **Automation & Integration:** Build flows using Flow Designer, Decision Builder, and IntegrationHub to integrate with ITSM, HRSD, Facilities, and external systems like MID Server and OAuth 2.0.- **User Experience:** Develop Next Experience Workspaces/Portals with UI Builder, ensure WCAG accessibility, configure AI Search, Virtual Agent, and Next Best Action features.- **Security & Compliance:** Implement ACLs, roles, scoped app protections, Zero Trust principles, and ensure GDPR/HIPAA compliance.- **Testing & CI/CD:** Develop ATF test suites, participate in code reviews, instance scans, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Application Repository and Git.- **Mentorship:** Guide junior developers, champion WSD best practices, and stay updated on the ServiceNow product roadmap.**Required Qualifications:**- Experience: Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow development with a focus on WSD/Facilities for at least 2 years.- Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Scoped apps, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, and Now Experience.- CSDM: Demonstrated implementation experience with CSDM 4.0/5.0.- Scripting: Advanced skills in JavaScript (ES6), Glide APIs, and secure coding practices.- Integrations: Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, OAuth 2.0.- Testing/CI/CD: Familiarity with ATF, instance scan, and pipeline management.- Security: Strong knowledge of access controls and data privacy.**Preferred Qualifications:**- Certifications: CAD, CIS-WSD.- Skills in Service Graph Connectors, Decision Builder, AI Search.- Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps practices.- Background in an enterprise or regulated environment is advantageous.Note: This job description is specific to the role of Custom Software Engineering Team Lead/Consultant in ServiceNow IT Operations Management at Accenture.
