As a Custom Software Engineering Team Lead/Consultant specialized in ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) at Accenture, your role involves architecting, designing, and implementing scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe ServiceNow LSD solutions. You will lead modern legal service experiences such as Legal Matter Management, Legal Intake, and Document Management, ensuring strict alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and platform best practices.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Solution Architecture:** Design and extend LSD applications using tools like App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Now Experience, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.- **CSDM & Data Integrity:** Model legal data according to CSDM 4.0/5.0, enforce data governance for legal matters, documents, and services, and integrate with the Service Graph.- **Automation & Integration:** Build legal workflow automations using Flow Designer, Decision Builder, and IntegrationHub, integrating with HRSD, ITSM, GRC, and third-party legal systems.- **User Experience:** Develop Next Experience Workspaces/Portals with UI Builder, ensure WCAG accessibility, configure AI Search, Virtual Agent, and Next Best Action features.- **Security, Privacy & Compliance:** Implement ACLs, roles, scoped app protections, Zero Trust principles, ensure GDPR compliance, attorney-client privilege, and data retention policies.- **Testing & CI/CD:** Develop ATF test suites, participate in code reviews, instance scans, CI/CD pipelines, and application repository management.- **Mentorship:** Guide junior developers, champion LSD best practices, and track the ServiceNow product roadmap.**Required Qualifications:**- Experience: 4 years in ServiceNow development, with a focus on LSD or regulated service domains for at least 2 years.- Platform Expertise: Scoped apps, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, and Now Experience.- CSDM: Proven implementation experience with CSDM 4.0/5.0.- Scripting: Proficiency in Advanced JavaScript (ES6), Glide APIs, and secure coding practices.- Integrations: Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, OAuth 2.0 for seamless integrations.- Testing/CI/CD: Familiarity with ATF, instance scan, and pipeline management for continuous improvement.- Security & Privacy: Ability to implement robust controls for handling sensitive legal data.**Preferred Qualifications:**- Certifications: CAD, CIS-LSD.- Skills in Service Graph Connectors, Decision Builder, AI Search.- Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps in an enterprise or regulated environment.If you are passionate about leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery to drive innovative solutions and mentor a team of developers, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Accenture.
