    Role Overview:You are responsible for managing and optimizing customer onboarding and KYC processes, ensuring the smooth integration of customers into the Company ecosystem. Your role is ideal for candidates with Salesforce end-user experience and a strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, SOPs, and operational processes.
