    In this role as a Customer Service Representative at Paisabazaar.com, you will:- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat channels.- Resolve issues promptly and professionally.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolutions.- Collect feedback and propose enhancements to customer service procedures.Paisabazaar.com is Indias largest online marketplace for financial products, attracting over 30 million customers monthly from more than 1200 cities and towns.
