Job Description

You will be trained on the Wizikey platform and will assist customers in resolving their queries, navigating the platform, and understanding reports. The role focuses more on communication responsiveness and problem-solving rather than heavy data analysis.Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and calls in a timely manner- Assist users in navigating the platform and understanding basic features- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the relevant team when required- Ensure a positive and helpful experience for all users- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups- Learn and stay updated with product features and updates- Identify common queries and share feedback with the teamQualifications & Skills:- 6 months of experience (Freshers welcome)- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Good problem-solving ability and willingness to learn- Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus- Customer-first attitude with a positive approach- Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Information:Wizikey encourages and celebrates entrepreneurial culture.
