Job Description

    As a Customer Service Representative at Firstsource Solutions, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by promptly resolving customer issues, complaints, enquiries, and challenges within your assigned shifts. Your responsibilities will include:- Staying updated on all key process-related information, SLAs, and individual performance metrics to contribute effectively to team performance.- Successfully completing the training period with relevant tollgate scores.- Attending team briefings, meetings, and coaching sessions punctually.- Maintaining regular and reliable performance and attendance as per the assigned daily schedule.- Adhering to the Company Code of Conduct and HR policies.- Handling inbound or outbound calls, chats, emails, or data from customers based on the assigned process.- Effectively communicating not-so-positive news to customers while ensuring they understand the reasons behind decisions.- Accurately updating relevant information in client systems and providing constructive feedback to enhance systems and improve the overall customer experience.- Demonstrating a can do and open-to-feedback attitude to foster a positive working culture and achieve optimal results.- Collaborating with team leaders to implement coaching aspects for self and career development.Qualifications required for this role:- Graduation in any non-technical discipline (BA, B.com, BBA, B.sc, BCA, etc.) with no arrears and a minimum of 3 years of experience.- Preferred work experience: Fresher.Firstsource Solutions is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace to create an environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
