Role Overview:Maersk, a global leader in integrated logistics, is seeking a Solutions Manager to drive growth in Logistics & Services (L&S) through strategic pursuits within IBS. With a workforce of over 100,000 employees across 130 countries, Maersk is committed to shaping the future of global trade and logistics by harnessing cutting-edge technologies and fostering collaboration.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consultative selling and value creation- Deliver vertical insights for sales by sharing benchmarking and innovative solutions- Ensure qualified solution opportunities progress through effective project management- Collaborate across functions to enhance sales processes and communicate status effectively- Facilitate business case documentation, financial projections, and customer-facing responses- Coach the sales team on processes, share best practices, and contribute to a repository of value propositions- Assess new age logistics technology offerings and create industry-leading solutions- Work with other country product/solution managers to share knowledge and best practicesQualification Required:- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management- Strong background in end-to-end supply chain management and EXIM- Proven experience in solution design and project & stakeholder management- Highly collaborative with the ability to lead cross-functional and remote project teams- Analytical and customer-centric mindset with the capability to translate complex requirements into tangible solutions- Extensive knowledge of complex logistics & services concepts, especially within the FMCG & Retail industryAdditional Details:Maersk values diversity, collaboration, and continuous learning, striving to reflect and understand the customers it serves.
