MuleSoft Integration Lead

Job Description

Role Overview:As a MuleSoft Integration Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using MuleSofts Anypoint Platform to connect a variety of systems, applications, and data sources within your organization. Your role will involve leading the integration team, defining best practices, and ensuring the successful deployment of integration services.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate integration projects using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.- Design and develop APIs, integration flows, and connectors.- Collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Establish and enforce integration development best practices, standards, and procedures.- Oversee the entire integration lifecycle from design, development, testing, deployment, and support.- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high code quality.- Mentor and guide integration developers and engineers.- Monitor the performance of integration solutions and optimize them for scalability and reliability.- Stay up to date with MuleSoft platform releases and recommend upgrades and enhancements when necessary.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to integration solutions.- Document integration processes, services, and architecture for future reference and compliance.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software integration and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect is highly preferred.- Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and experience with API Management.- Proficient in REST and SOAP web services, as well as RAML and OpenAPI specifications.- Experience with message queue design patterns and event-driven architecture.- Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web services and APIs.- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins, Maven, Git, etc.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
