Job Description

As a Data Scientist at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for:- Creating data mining architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets.- Applying analysis to various areas of the business such as Market Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing/Advertising, Scientific Research, etc.- Researching and applying knowledge of existing and emerging data science principles, theories, and techniques to inform business decisions.- Applying Machine Learning (ML) or other Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to solve business problems and derive actionable insights.- Conducting scientific research projects at higher career levels with the aim of breaking new ground in data analytics.- Sharing best practices and providing advice to co-workers in the professional area.- Supervising and coordinating lower-level specialists, being a single point of contact in complex matters.- Coordinating daily operations, overseeing the implementation of short to medium-term activities within the team.- Managing a mixed team of Specialists and Support jobs, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
