Job Description

As a Tax Consultant at Keywords Studios, you will be a crucial part of the team supporting in the group tax consolidation, with an exposure to Global Practices and software for Taxation. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:- Experience in tax accounting, including taxes on income and deferred tax accounting as per IAS 12 Income Taxes.- Handling Corporate Tax provisioning in a Multinational environment for multiple tax jurisdictions.- Proficiency in Financial / Tax provisioning system, with the ability to support the implementation of new systems and become an expert user. Experience in systems implementation would be beneficial.- Collaborating with external tax professional firms and systems providers for the preparation of Corporate Tax computations and provisions.- Managing intercompany recharge processes.- Engaging in various tax project work, including supporting the preparation of Local Transfer Pricing files for entities in different jurisdictions.Qualifications required for this role include:- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in an Accounting or Tax department.- Proven track record in Tax Accounting and Compliance with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.- CA/ commerce graduate/ MBA with relevant experience will be preferred.- In-depth experience with tax preparation, tax planning, and compliance documentation.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and utilize financial data effectively.- Demonstrated proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various stakeholders including senior management, clients, and tax authorities.About Keywords Studios:Keywords Studios, established in Dublin in 1998, has grown to have 70 studios across Europe, North and South America, and Asia with 13,000 employees located across 5 continents and 26 countries.
