Job Description

As a Technical Lead at our company, your role involves hands-on solutions experience and functional/technical design. Your responsibilities include:- Analyzing requirements, creating process flows, design documents, and coordinating with development teams to implement solutions.- Prioritizing tasks, developing technical specifications, and ensuring high standards of software quality within the team.- Creating and testing software prototypes, developing client displays and user interfaces.- Ensuring that software solutions are developed and deployed in line with defined quality standards of the organization.- Managing the defect tracking system, resolving issues, and preparing updates for systems.- Investigating and developing skills in new technologies, adhering to high-quality development principles, and delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.- Researching and evaluating various software products and managing vendor relationships for COTS systems to ensure timely upgrades.Qualifications required for this role include:- Working experience as a Full Stack Developer on the Microsoft.Net platform.- Solid experience in product development on ASP.Net MVC & CORE Web Application using C#.Net, LINQ, and Entity Framework.- Hands-on experience in SQL Database, writing SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database views.- Proficiency in HTML, Web Services & Web API, RPC, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and Bootstrap.- Knowledge of Mobile Apps framework for custom solutions with Cross-Platform App Development.- Familiarity with mobile platform APIs such as Apple iOS and Android.If you are passionate about technology and have a strong background in IT Apps solutioning, this role as a Technical Lead could be a perfect fit for you.
