Job Description

As a Design Leader for a company focusing on retail investing experiences in India, you will play a crucial role in shaping the end-to-end user experience on mobile and web platforms. Your responsibilities will include:- Defining and implementing a comprehensive UX strategy for all product verticals- Creating user journeys that are intuitive, data-driven, and lead to high conversion rates- Developing scalable and differentiated product experiences for mobile and web- Ensuring consistency and excellence in interaction design and usability- Establishing and scaling a robust design system across platforms- Creating reusable components and standardized design practices- Enhancing collaboration between design and frontend engineering teams- Ensuring design scalability as the platform grows- Translating business objectives into effective UX frameworks and product solutions- Identifying growth opportunities through behavioral design and user psychology- Collaborating with Product Managers to influence roadmaps and prioritization- Conducting user research, usability testing, and experimentation- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing design team- Establishing design processes, rituals, and review mechanisms- Cultivating a culture of ownership, feedback, and iteration- Bringing structure, planning, and visibility to design deliveryQualifications Required:- Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Design, preferably in Fintech- Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and impact- Proven experience in building or scaling design systems- Deep understanding of user psychology, behavioral design, and conversion principles- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities- Prior experience in leading and mentoring design teams- Stay up-to-date with global design trends and best practicesThis position offers you the opportunity to lead a high-impact design team, define UX strategy, and influence the future of retail investing experiences in India.
