Job Description

    As an Associate Director - Projects at ASCENTIS, you will play a key role in leading the overall project execution cycle from design through procurement and construction. Your responsibilities will involve day-to-day management of the internal team, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure a safe, timely, on-budget completion with international quality standards.**Key Responsibilities:**- Prepare the master schedule, budget, and procurement strategy- Formulate a construction strategy including logistics plan, formwork selection, craneage plans, etc.- Lead the design process, design reviews, value engineering, and timely release of design packages- Track and update tender event schedule- Administer the tender process and award contracts in coordination with the commercial management team- Manage the change order process and coordinate with third-party QS for bill certification- Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow, and budget updates- Prepare fortnightly/monthly schedule trackers and identify delays proposing acceleration methods- Supervise site logistics, review contractors method statements, and resource planning- Monitor contractors work progress, adequacy of resources and equipment, work quality, and compliance with design documents & codes- Implement Quality Control and safety procedures at the site- Prepare regular reports on design, construction progress, contracts, quality, and HSE- Participate in review meetings with the client on a regular basis**Qualifications Required:**- BE/BTech (Civil) from a leading university- PG degree in Construction Management is a plus- Minimum 15-20 years of hands-on experience in the building construction industry in a management position, with leadership responsibility in a large-scale project from start to completion- Experience in residential projects- Experience as both contractor and owners representative (or PMC)ASCENTIS is an international engineering and project management firm known for its world-class professional standards.
