Job Description

    You will be responsible for leading the email marketing efforts at Keka, managing various campaigns and strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.- **Strategy & Campaign Management:** - Develop and execute the email marketing calendar, including nurture, lifecycle, transactional, and re-engagement campaigns. - Create and manage multi-touch email workflows for different stages of the buyer and customer journey. - Plan and execute product launch, feature announcement, and event-driven email campaigns. - Collaborate with sales and BDR teams to create targeted outbound email sequences for account-based marketing.- **Content & Personalization:** - Write compelling email copy and work with designers to create on-brand HTML templates. - Utilize segmentation, behavioral triggers, and intent data to build dynamic and personalized email experiences. - Maintain and optimize the master template library for consistency and performance.- **Analytics & Optimization:** - Monitor and analyze email performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, etc. - Conduct A/B testing on various elements to optimize email performance. - Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights to senior leadership. - Manage deliverability health and ensure compliance with email regulations.- **Technology & Operations:** - Optimize marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp. - Maintain segmented audience lists and ensure compliance across all campaigns. - Collaborate with the engineering team for CRM integrations and API-based triggers.- **Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Lead and mentor a team of email marketing specialists. - Collaborate with various teams like content, design, product marketing, and demand generation for aligned messaging. - Share best practices, establish SOPs, and conduct training sessions as the internal email marketing expert.**Qualifications:**- **Must-Have:** - 58 years of hands-on experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech. - Proven track record of managing large-scale email programs. - Proficiency in marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, or similar. - Strong copywriting skills and ability to create persuasive email content. - Understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and compliance regulations. - Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools. - Experience in automating email marketing processes through AI tools.- **Good to Have:** - Experience in HR-tech, payroll, or workforce management industry. - Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) email strategies. - Knowledge of CDPs and advanced personalization tools. - Prior experience in managing or mentoring a small marketing team.
