Executive/ AM - Internal Audit

Job Description

You will be joining TCI Express Ltd. as an Internal Auditor. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute audit operations in compliance with the companys audit policies and procedures. You will prepare detailed audit plans, conduct audits, and present comprehensive audit reports to the Audit Head for review. Your role will also involve closing audit observations and ensuring timely follow-up on corrective actions.- Plan and execute audit operations in accordance with established audit guidelines.- Prepare detailed audit plans and schedules for thorough coverage of audit areas.- Present audit findings and recommendations to the Audit Head for review and further action.- Review internal control systems and processes to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement.- Make recommendations for enhancing internal controls and assist in implementing necessary actions.- Provide periodic reports, management information systems (MIS), and feedback to the Audit Head and internal stakeholders.- Travel to various branch locations and field offices as required to conduct audits effectively.Qualifications Required:- Must have a qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).- Preferred educational qualification of at least Secondary (10th Pass).- Strong understanding of audit principles, practices, and procedures.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.As a full-time employee, you will receive health insurance and Provident Fund benefits. The work schedule is during the day shift at the Gurgaon, Haryana location. Be prepared to commute or relocate with an employer-provided relocation package, if necessary.
